I am not here to inspire you, I’m here to tell you a story.
I am a person who lives with a disability, and who has ridden just under 10,000 kilometers on a recumbent trike.
My name is Tommy Quick, at the age of 12 I suffered a major stroke, and my life changed forever.
I had to fit back into mainstream school, TAFE, and then eventually into University (Bs Human Nutrition).
I’ve completed all these academic achievements. I’ve also walked the Kokoda trail and started a business in personal training.
I completed a three-year-long, 4 points journey across Australia by trike, for which I’ve been nominated for the 2024 Fundraiser of the Year for the Stroke Foundation.
Now I’ve found my passions in keynote speaking & Acting.
