‘I am here to tell you a story’

I am a person who lives with a disability and who has ridden over 10,000 kilometers on a recumbent trike.

My name is Tommy Quick, at the age of 12, I suffered a major stroke, and my life changed forever.

I had to fit back into mainstream school, TAFE, and then eventually into University (Bs Human Nutrition). I’ve completed all these academic achievements. I’ve undertaken and completed walking Kokoda in 2014.

With the ambition and help, I created the4points.org to raise awareness of childhood stroke and promote inclusion through bike riding (it is a registered charity ACNC), at the same time setting outrageous goals!

Now, I’ve got quite a few stories to tell about my journeys!

I’m also an Actor.
